Caramelized Cabbage and Miso Butter Noodles
Buttery, cozy, savory noodles inspired by haluski.
I made Zoe Barrie’s Caramelized Cabbage and Miso Butter Noodles back in February, but realized I never shared them here, and they absolutely deserve the spotlight.
They reminded me so much of haluski, a buttery Polish cabbage and noodle dish, but with this deep savory richness from the miso that makes them feel a little more modern and layered.
I ate mine as-is, but they’d also be incredible with some grilled chicken, crispy tofu, sausage, salmon, or really any protein you have hanging around in the fridge. I also made a few little tweaks… of course added some white wine and parmesan because I physically cannot help myself.
