I made this last night and it was incredible. Mother-in-law said "I hate gnocci and I hate lamb and I hate thyme and I hate red wine, so I thought I would hate this, but it's actually good". Husband ate three bowls.

Family devoured it. Five stars all around. I used a can of peas/carrots because it's what I had on hand. Threw in 1/4 diced celery with the onions. Used half n half, too. Served with toasted sourdough slices. Yum.

I made this for dinner last night 10/10! I sub’d ground beef (all I had) and didn’t add crushed red pepper for the kiddo’s…. My entire family loved it!! Will for sure make again!

I've never commented on a recipe but this one is so good...so savory....and I'm making it again this week. My husband usually tweaks my recipes and he stood by the stove and said, "I can't add anything. It's already awesome." And it is even better the second day.

Delicious! I cook very few dishes with lamb. I am adding this to my list of regular recipes. So good! ❤️
